My 2023 challenges will, once again, aim to raise funds and awareness for Parkinson’s U.K.

Every £ raised will be matched by £1.50 from the Z Zurich Foundation , with funds going to Terres Des Hommes, supporting mental well-being for children who have been made refugees and forced to flee the awful conflict in Ukraine.
