Challenges for 2025

“30 sports in 30 days” was here, and I tried some new sports and hopefully improved on some that I had tried before!

A big thank you to everyone who was involved in organising an event, entered as an individual or a team, donated, supported, or made suggestions. I’d also like to say a massive thank you to those who sponsored days. With the kind generosity of those sponsors and the Z Zurich Foundation for matching the donations, we hoped to raise a lot of money for Parkinson's UK.

I’d also like to thank Everyone Active, Newbury Road Club, San Shou Kuan Martial Arts Watford, and Steve McAvoy and the team at Silchester, who went above and beyond by either organising a special session or inviting me and the local Parkinson's UK branches along.

Cycling up Mont Ventoux, the ZWAP cycle tour from top to bottom of Portugal , the Hampshire Hoppit marathon, the arctic run marathon, the Seville marathon, Rome marathon, the Reading Half marathon and day 2 of Neil Russell’s incredible Oxford to Cambridge running challenge, cycling across Ireland up part of the wild Atlantic Way and back across Ireland and climbing the rigging of the Cutty Sark………
