Over 20 cyclists, most of whom have Parkinson’s, will cycle through Portugal over 10 days, 817km and 7,510 of ascent. This brings together a number of the team who cycled in the arctic circle last year and from Brighton to Barcelona the year before.

The ZWAP cycle from the top to the bottom of Portugal was hot, hilly and huge! Great friendships have been forged.
